2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made for commercial accounts. We accept various forms of payment including bank transfers and major credit cards.

4. Liability

While we take the utmost care while performing our services, GCS Facilities Management is fully insured against accidental damage caused by our staff. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear to your property.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
